Uluslararası Standart Kayıt Kodu olan ISRC, müzik kaydının uluslararası fiziki veya dijital tüm platformlarda hangi yapımcıya ait olduğunu tanımlayan bir koddur. Her ülkede bu kodu vermeye yetkili tek bir ajans bulunmaktadır. Mevcut yasal düzenleme gereği bu kodu almak zorunludur ve Türkiye’de ISRC kodu vermeye yetkili tek kuruluş MÜ-YAP’tır.
